I’m glad to see such an overwhelming resistance to SOPA/PIPA, but it’s alarming to see how many people are willing to speak so vehemently against the acts without knowing what they are about, or what makes them dangerous. so people are neglecting to research the language in the acts and instead are approaching it with a “shoot first, ask questions later” mindset, which ironically is one of the main criticisms of the bills themselves.
